The Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam province has just issued a plan for specialized science and technology inspections in 2025.
This specialized inspection is aimed at propagating, disseminating, and guiding organizations and individuals in the province to clearly understand the provisions of specialized laws on organizing scientific and technological activities in a unified and extensive manner in the province.
Detect, prevent, and promptly recommend handling of violations of the law on postal, telecommunications, radio frequency, science, and technology activities for organizations and individuals in the province.
Evaluate the implementation of activities of scientific and technological organizations/branches of scientific and technological organizations after being granted certificates and operating licenses; thereby proposing and recommending solutions to contribute to promoting and expanding science and technology organizations in the province to contribute to the overall socio-economic development of Quang Nam province. At the same time, through inspection activities, recommending the improvement of policies and laws that are still inadequate and inconsistent with reality.
According to the plan, in 2025, there will be 6 inspections of 20 facilities and 2 science and technology tasks. The inspection content focuses on compliance with legal regulations of science and technology organizations, the application and expansion of scientific research results, as well as monitoring activities in the fields of telecommunications, post and radio frequencies. These are important fields that have a direct impact on the development of science, technology and socio-economy of the province.
