Quang Nam prepares carefully for activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the homeland

According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the Standing Agency of the Organizing Committee for major holidays, the main activities include: incense offering at martyrs' cemeteries; visiting and presenting gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers, war invalids, martyrs' families, and policy families. Organizing exhibitions and displays on the socio-economic and national defense achievements of Quang Nam after 50 years of liberation. Introducing typical products, OCOP products; and exhibitions, seminars, and cultural and artistic programs.

In addition to the above activities, districts, towns, and cities also organize many welcoming activities such as camps, seminars, patriotic emulation movements, and meetings with historical witnesses. At the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh emphasized that the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam's liberation is of utmost importance. At the same time, this activity has profound political significance, aiming to comprehensively, generally and vividly introduce and reflect the outstanding achievements and important results in the fields of politics, economics, culture, society, national defense and security, and party building after 50 years of liberation (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025). This is also a broad political activity of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people. Therefore, departments and branches focus on preparing activities carefully and thoroughly, ensuring progress and quality.
