The People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued a Decision to establish the Steering Committee for administrative reform, digital transformation, and Project 06 of the province.
According to the Decision, the Steering Committee will be headed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in charge of administrative reform, and digital transformation, and Project 06 as the Standing Deputy Head; the Director of the Department of Home Affairs as the Deputy Head; the Director of the Provincial Police, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology as the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee and 10 members.
The Steering Committee operates according to the principle of democratic centralism, promoting the responsibility of the head and working under a part-time regime. The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Police to advise on the establishment of a Working Group, promulgate operating regulations and assign specific tasks to members.
The operating budget of the Steering Committee will be provided according to regulations from the state budget through relevant departments and branches and mobilized from other legal sources.
