On the afternoon of March 7, the Provincial People's Committee worked with relevant departments and branches to listen to reports on the content of the consultation on organizing a conference to review 3 years of implementing Directive No. 25 (dated March 31, 2022) of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of eliminating temporary houses in the province. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan chaired the meeting.
During the meeting, a representative of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses, presented in detail the consultation content to organize the conference effectively and solemnly.
Specifically, the contents include: Drafting a preliminary report to evaluate the results achieved, the expected number of guests to attend, reception work and welcoming delegates thoughtfully, performing arts programs to create an exciting atmosphere, preparing slideshows to illustrate and convey the message vividly, and organizing a program to honor organizations, businesses and individuals who have made positive contributions to the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.
After listening to the opinions and contributions of the delegates attending the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan highly appreciated and welcomed the efforts and careful preparation of relevant agencies in advising and preparing the necessary contents.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested to continue to collect comments from relevant agencies to complete the draft preliminary report in the most comprehensive and accurate way. The Vice Chairman also emphasized the selection of representatives from sectors, districts, communes, and typical households to deliver speeches, ensuring that they accurately reflect the reality and achievements that have been achieved.
In addition, the work of advising on the list of individuals to be commended and the list of recipients of symbolic plaques must be carried out carefully and fairly. Regarding the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Mr. Tuan suggested completing the report before March 15 so that the advisory agency can submit it to the provincial leaders for timely approval.
As planned, the conference to review 3 years of implementing Directive No. 25 of the Provincial Party Committee will be held on March 20 at Hall No. 1 of the Provincial People's Committee Office, with the participation of about 300 delegates.
