Create a synchronous data platform, interconnecting departments, branches, sectors, and localities to improve management and operation efficiency. Raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people about the importance of data in digital transformation.
The launch will take place within 90 days (from March 15, 2025, to June 15, 2025), with the participation of departments, branches, and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee, People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities and enterprises and organizations related to digital transformation.
The implementation content focuses on organizing the review and assessment to determine the number of data sets that need to be digitized according to Decision No. 2952 dated October 19, 2021, and Decision No. 2316 dated October 30, 2023, of the Provincial People's Committee and existing data sources at the unit; assessing the current status of existing data sources, determining the list of data that needs to be collected and standardized. Prioritizing digitization and updating data on valid administrative procedure settlement results to serve the reuse of electronic results, data serving state management, direction, and operation, and providing open data.
Departments, branches, sectors, and localities focus on digitizing and entering data into the province's shared information systems (Electronic Archives, Data Warehouses) and specialized databases of units according to plan, and at the same time conduct data quality checks.
Integrate and connect sectors' databases into the province's shared database system. Ensure data is ready for exploitation on the Integrated Data Sharing Platform (LGSP) and the Open Data Portal.
