On the afternoon of March 20, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Nam Province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025), Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh visited relatives and offered incense to former Secretaries of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
Visiting the family of Comrade Pham Tu, Comrade Phan Thai Binh affirmed that former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Tu has always been an exemplary role model for revolutionary generations during the years of struggle as well as in the work of building the homeland in the early years of liberation.
Comrade Pham Tu (Muoi Khoi) was born on April 4, 1917, in Chau Bi village, Dien Tien commune, Dien Ban. He held the position of Secretary of the Quang Nam - Da Nang Provincial Party Committee from late 1960 to December 1962 and was Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee from January to March 1963.
Visiting the family and paying respect to comrade Phan Ton (Trinh Cong Son Street, Da Nang City), Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh said that generations of provincial leaders always remember the merits and respect the contributions of revolutionary predecessors to the homeland of Quang Nam.

Comrade Phan Ton (Phan Huyen) was born on May 1, 1921, in Xom Mieu, Tho Thuong village, Duc Hoa commune, Tam Ky district (now village 6, Tam Hiep commune, Nui Thanh). He held the position of Secretary of the Quang Nam - Da Nang Provincial Party Committee from July 1955 to February 1956, then held the position of Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee from February 1956 to 1959.
