On April 18, 2025, Politburo member - Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed a Decision to appoint him to the Executive Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.
Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to appoint 6 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025, including:
1. Comrade Colonel Hoang Van Man, Political Commissar of the Quang Nam Provincial Border Guard Command.
2. Comrade Thai Hoang Vu, Chief of Office of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee.
3. Comrade Trinh Minh Duc, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Nam Province.
4. Comrade Bui Ngoc Anh, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Nam Province.
5. Comrade Nguyen Duc Binh, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam Province.
6. Lieutenant Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the Quang Nam Provincial Military Command.
