On the afternoon of October 14, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize 15 years of implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the period of 2009 - 2024 and deploy the Project to replicate typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in the province.
Attending the conference were comrade Do Thinh, Head of the Department, Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization of Da Nang. On the side of Quang Nam province, there were comrades who were alternate members of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
From 2009 to 2024, the work of building the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model was widely deployed in all fields, attracting a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members, and people from all walks of life in the province to actively respond and participate. As a result, the whole province has built 6,540 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet sent congratulations on the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024) to cadres working in mass mobilization of the provincial political system. At the same time, he assessed that the mass mobilization work in the province has been carried out quite well, making worthy contributions to the province's development in recent times.
Over 15 years of implementing the movement, many examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" have demonstrated the spirit of overcoming difficulties, working selflessly for the benefit of the collective, achieving many outstanding achievements, contributing to creating an important driving force to promote socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the entire political system, especially Party committees at all levels, to thoroughly grasp and consistently implement the viewpoint "People are the root", in the current period, people are the subject and center of the innovation and development process.
Continue to do well the work of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all fields, in which it is necessary to pay more attention and focus on some "Skilled Mass Mobilization" fields in compensation and site clearance work; building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction...
