Attending at the central bridge were Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh - Permanent Deputy Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation; Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long.
Attending online at Quang Nam bridge were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung and leaders representing departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province.

On April 22, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 505/QD-TTg, taking October 10 every year as National Digital Transformation Day to accelerate the implementation of national digital transformation tasks, effectively implementing the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030. In 2024, national digital transformation has the theme: Developing the digital economy with 4 pillars: information technology industry, digitalization of economic sectors, digital government and digital data - An important driving force for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.
The program to celebrate National Digital Transformation Day 2024 is the third consecutive year it has been held, demonstrating the determination of the Party, State, political system, business community and people nationwide to join hands in implementing national digital transformation, developing digital economy, digital society and digital citizens. This is also a message demonstrating Vietnam's determination to pursue the digital transformation revolution in a profound, comprehensive, substantive and effective manner, promoting rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, modernizing national governance, bringing benefits to all people and the country.
In Quang Nam, the province has identified digital transformation as a trend and a driving force to create breakthroughs in sustainable and comprehensive development. On that basis, the province has issued a Resolution and developed a Digital Transformation Project based on the viewpoints, goals, and orientations in the Resolutions of the National Assembly at all levels and the direction of the Government as a basis for implementation.
