On October 4, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung signed a decision to establish a Working Group to develop a "Plan to remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions" in Quang Nam province (referred to as the Working Group).
The Working Group is responsible for advising and directing the inspection and review of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in the province; synthesizing and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions for matters under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; synthesize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee considers and reports to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and competent authorities to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments for contents beyond the authority; urge, inspect, and synthesize the resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments under the authority of the Department, branch, and locality; perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The working group is headed by Mr. Phan Thai Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien, Chief Inspector of the province, as deputy head. The members are directors of the following departments: Natural Resources and Environment; Construction; Finance; Planning and Investment; Justice; Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; representatives of the Provincial Police; Chairmen of the People's Committees of relevant districts, towns, and cities; Representatives of the leaders of the agencies participating in the Working Group: Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee; Provincial People's Court; Provincial People's Procuracy; Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
