On the morning of May 6, the Quang Nam Provincial Inspectorate organized the announcement of Decision No. 90/QD-TTT dated April 29, 2025, of the Provincial Inspectorate Chief on thematic inspection of the management of exploration, survey, planning, licensing, exploitation, and transportation of minerals for construction materials in the province.
The announcement took place at the Provincial Inspectorate headquarters, chaired by Chief Inspector Nguyen Duc Tien, with the participation of members of the Inspection Team and representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and enterprises, including: Department of Agriculture and Environment, Tan Loi Minh Company Limited, Phu Huong Company Limited, Phu Ninh Tunnel Brick Joint Stock Company, Hung Hau Construction and Equipment Trading Company Limited, Dai Hung Company Limited, Son Hiep Phu Joint Stock Company, Thang Dong Construction Company Limited, etc.
Speaking at the announcement, Chief Inspector Nguyen Duc Tien emphasized: This is a thematic inspection of important significance, aiming to comprehensively assess the current situation of management and operation of minerals as common construction materials, promptly detect obstacles and inadequacies in mechanisms and policies, and strictly handle violations if any. He requested the Inspection Team to work objectively, by regulations, keep information confidential, and minimize impacts on the normal operations of the inspected units.
The inspection team consists of 8 members, led by Mr. Nguyen Do, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province. Within 45 working days, the team will conduct inspections of key contents such as: issuance of management documents; organization of planning work; licensing, auction of exploitation rights; management of exploitation and transportation of construction materials; compliance with financial and legal obligations of organizations and individuals exploiting minerals.
At the announcement ceremony, representatives of relevant units, including Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, affirmed their commitment to closely coordinate with the inspection team; provide complete and timely records and documents according to the inspection outline to serve the inspection and assessment work.
Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Duc Tien concluded the announcement ceremony by agreeing on the work program and requesting the inspected units to assign focal officers to proactively coordinate and provide maximum support so that the inspection takes place effectively and on schedule.
