In addition, the delegates also recommended that the relevant Departments, Boards, and sectors provide guidance on the deduction of compulsory Health Insurance, Social Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance for employees at the unit. The selection of contractors through online bidding to provide some products at the unit could not be implemented due to the inability to invite a consulting unit for bidding documents. At the same time, it was recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct relevant Boards and sectors to promptly resolve the issue of granting personal identification papers to some subjects at social protection centers to create favorable conditions for the management unit, implementing regimes and policies for the subjects to ensure full compliance with regulations.

Ms. Truong Thi Loc - Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Nam added that currently, the public service units under the management of the Department are facing many difficulties and obstacles. Especially, in the construction of public service unit prices using the state budget; The policies for workers in the units are still low, not attracting staff to work, leading to a shortage of human resources.

Speaking at the dialogue, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Van Dung, highly appreciated the results of the leadership in performing the assigned tasks of the Centers and units in the past time, especially in the work of caring for vulnerable groups in society. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that he would receive the recommendations of the units and gradually resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure that the units operate stably and effectively.

In addition, he assigned relevant Departments, Boards, and branches to consider the recommendations and advise the Provincial People's Committee on solutions; for issues that are not under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, he would promptly propose to the Central Government for solutions. At the same time, he paid attention to infrastructure and medical equipment, ensuring the needs of medical examination and treatment for people, etc.
