On the occasion of the new year of At Ty 2025, on the morning of February 11, alternate member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet led a working delegation of the province to visit and work with a number of enterprises and investors in Hanoi City. The delegation included the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, and leaders of the Department of Information and Communications.

The delegation visited Geleximco Group in Dong Da district, Hanoi city. This is one of the few private corporations investing in the field of industrial production such as pulp production, paper production, thermal power, cement production, and automobile assembly and manufacturing. In addition, Geleximco Group is also operating quite strongly in the fields of real estate infrastructure, banking and finance, and trade services.
Currently, Geleximco Group is researching and implementing an urban project in Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province with an area of 2,340 hectares, of which the project implementation area is 1,657 hectares. The Group proposes to study and expand by 700 hectares. The project is to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Tam Anh - An An Hoa Industrial Park in Nui Thanh District with an area of 435.8 hectares.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geleximco Group Vu Van Tien hopes that the province will pay attention to creating conditions for the projects to be put into operation soon, especially the planning, site clearance, and resettlement work. The Group's leaders affirmed that the financial potential for investment in projects in Quang Nam has been arranged from Geleximco's resources.
During the visit and working session, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet pledged to the leaders of Geleximco Group to resolutely direct departments and branches to remove remaining issues so that the projects can be implemented as soon as possible. In particular, Tam Ky City and Nui Thanh District will be assigned to focus on completing the site clearance and resettlement within the scope of the projects based on decentralization and delegation of authority.
