Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of departments, branches, and sectors; Chairman of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to strictly implement the Party's regulations and State laws on citizen reception, complaints, and denunciation settlement. Regularly review and promptly detect difficulties and inadequacies in policies and laws related to citizen reception, complaint, and denunciation settlement for recommendations. Proactively grasp the situation, organize receptions and dialogues with people, promptly and thoroughly resolve newly arising complaints and denunciations under their authority, to limit mass complaints and denunciations, and those that go beyond their jurisdiction, etc.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of inspection work on the responsibility for implementing the law on receiving citizens, making complaints and denunciations in localities and units with many complaints and denunciations or low effectiveness in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; promptly detect and strictly handle irresponsible groups and individuals who violate the law on receiving citizens, making complaints and denunciations. At the same time, improves the quality and effectiveness of coordination between levels, sectors, and functional agencies in receiving citizens, handling complaints, and denunciations.
In particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the study, organization, and implementation of an online public reception model based on the current equipment and facilities for online conferences to ensure savings and efficiency and create favorable conditions for the people. In the first quarter of 2025, pilot this online public reception model.
