Quang Nam: More than 200 delegates were disseminated and trained to implement the 2024 Land Law

The conference was held directly and connected online at the bridge points of the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities. This conference was attended by more than 200 delegates who are leaders of Departments, Boards, branches, and leaders of the People's Committees and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of districts, towns, and cities; enterprises, Universities, and Colleges in the province.

The conference helps to improve land management and awareness of all levels, branches, agencies, and organizations about new regulations in land management, use, and protection to promptly and synchronously apply the provisions of the law.

At the conference, delegates were informed by reporters about the 2024 Land Law and the Decrees detailing the implementation of the law to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people in the province; especially the new points compared to the Decrees detailing the implementation of the 2013 law; the Decrees detailing the implementation of the law assigned to the Provincial People's Committee for detailed regulations include Decisions: No. 27/2024/QD-UBND Stipulating other documents on land use rights before October 15, 1993, of households and individuals using land in Quang Nam province; No. 31/2024/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee regulating compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land in Quang Nam province; etc.

It is known that the Land Law was passed by the National Assembly and took effect from August 1, 2024. Up to now, there have been 10 Decrees of the Government, 1 Decision of the Prime Minister, 7 Circulars of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and many documents directing the implementation of the Land Law.

After more than 4 months of implementation, with the new provisions of the Land Law and documents guiding its implementation, it has initially shown that the new policies are effective in implementing the rights of land users, land acquisition, compensation, support, resettlement, land valuation, and issuance of Land Use Right Certificates.
