On January 7, 2025, the Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung signed an official dispatch to the provincial Departments, Boards, and branches; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities on implementing the target of at least 70% of full-process online records by 2025.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to continue to advise on amending and supplementing the list of full-process online public services to serve people and businesses, aiming to provide full-process online public services and not use paper records; Specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee specifically report on the operation and testing of the entire process for online public services approved in 2023 and 2024.
The head of the unit assigns departments, offices, officers, civil servants and public employees to implement the target of the rate of online records throughout the process to ensure that by the end of 2025 it reaches about 70%; urgently develop documents, instructional clips, and support the implementation of online public services for people and businesses, to be completed before January 31, 2025.
Speed up the digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures that are still in effect according to Plan No. 8079/KH-UBND dated November 12, 2021, of the Provincial People's Committee, strengthen connection, sharing, and reuse of data in the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment, to be completed before December 31, 2025.
The Department of Information and Communications is responsible for proactively monitoring the direction of the Ministry of Information and Communications on promoting online public services to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement them; urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Plan to improve the quality of provision and promote the use of online public services in Quang Nam province from 2025 to 2030.
Preside and coordinate with VNPT Quang Nam, the Provincial People's Committee Office to analyze and evaluate all features, performance, and information security of the Administrative Procedures Handling Information System (iGate version 2.0) to "Improve the efficiency of provision and use of online public services" in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister to ensure simplicity and convenience.
