National Conference on Breakthroughs in Science, Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation

Attending the conference at Dien Hong Hall were General Secretary To Lam; former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung; Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Cam Tu; many leaders and former leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and agencies.

Attending the conference at Hall No. 1 of the Office of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee were alternate members of the Central Party Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung. The conference was also connected to 335 points in Quang Nam province with more than 10,000 cadres and party members attending.

The conference aims to assess the implementation of resolutions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on science and technology development, to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, creating a breakthrough change in awareness and implementation, contributing to the country's growth and prosperity.

At the same time, it is required that the dissemination and implementation of tasks on science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation be carried out methodically, scientifically, long-term, smoothly and effectively, creating high unity within the Party, consensus among the people and the business community, entrepreneurs and society.

Many experts believe that Resolution 57-NQ/TW is a breath of fresh air, illuminating the path forward for the Vietnamese people. That is, only by embracing high technology and strong digital transformation can Vietnam move forward quickly, strongly and steadily to become rich and powerful and stand shoulder to shoulder with other countries in the five continents.
