Dien Ban needs to synchronize solutions in implementing national target programs

According to the report, the Dien Ban Town People's Committee received and allocated to localities and units an amount of more than 42.4 billion VND; of which the central capital is nearly 8.2 billion VND, the provincial budget capital is more than 22.2 billion VND, and the town budget capital is more than 12 billion VND. Up to now, the locality has disbursed 75.33% of the central and provincial capital, equivalent to more than 22.9 billion VND.

After reviewing, 8/8 communes maintain the NTM commune standards according to the criteria set for the period 2022 - 2025; 6 communes meet the advanced NTM standards; 59/63 villages have met the standards and ensured the maintenance of model new rural villages.

Regarding the results of the implementation of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction, the total capital for the Program in 2024 after the Provincial People's Committee adjusted the capital source is more than 1.7 billion VND. By October 31, 2024, more than 984 million VND had been disbursed. From that capital source, Dien Ban Town People's Committee implemented the following projects: Project 4 - Developing vocational education and sustainable employment; Project 6 - Communication and poverty reduction in information; Project 7 - Capacity building and monitoring and evaluation of the Program.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan assessed that Dien Ban is one of the outstanding localities in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, but there are still certain limitations. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the Party Committee and the government of Dien Ban Town to thoroughly grasp the awareness of cadres from the district to the grassroots level.

Comrade Tran Anh Tuan requested Dien Ban town to develop a detailed plan and identify each group of tasks to implement, associated with the timeline for completing the set goals. Determined to maintain and improve the criteria and proactively maintain the standards when the Central Government raises the standards in the next phase.
