The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council works with People's Councils of districts, towns, and cities

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung emphasized that the conference is an opportunity to exchange and discuss several important tasks when the activities of the district-level administrative units end; summarize and evaluate the work of the People's Council and People's Committee during the term.

At the same time, organize a review of the resolutions issued by the district-level People's Council that are still in effect, and affected by the implementation of the new management model, propose solutions to contribute to the unification, smoothness, effectiveness, efficiency, and policies from the issued resolutions, to continue developing the socio-economy, ensuring security and order in the locality.

According to the report at the working session, from the beginning of the 2021-2026 term to April 2025, the district-level People's Council has organized 407 sessions, promptly deciding on important local issues, meeting the aspirations and legitimate and legal interests of voters and people in the area. The district-level People's Council has issued 2,893 resolutions.

The resolutions promptly concretize the Party's guidelines and the State's legal policies, are feasible and effective in practice, positively impacting the economic development situation, and ensuring social security, national defense, and security in the locality. The Standing Committee of the District People's Council organized 724 sessions of TXCT, received 16,194 voters' opinions; received more than 890 citizens with 515 cases, the content of recommendations and reflections mainly focused on the fields of land, compensation, site clearance...

The discussions and opinions at the working session focused on analyzing and clarifying difficulties and obstacles, exchanging skills, practical experiences, and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the People's Councils of districts, towns, and cities in recent times.
