However, the progress of land acquisition and clearance of key projects in the district, although focused on, has not met the requirements and has not ensured progress such as The central region connecting road of Quang Nam province, DH12 road, residential areas in Phu Thinh town, etc. The disbursement rate of investment capital is low (22.8% of allocated capital). The management of illegal gold mining in Tam Lanh commune is not resolute and effective.
