Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet inspects the e-government system serving the 2-level local model
This morning, June 12, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet and the provincial working delegation inspected the actual implementation of expansion and adjustment of the e-government system serving the 2-level local model.

The delegation inspected the localities including An Phu ward, Tam Phu commune (Tam Ky city), and Que Phu commune (Que Son district). Accordingly, the working delegation inspected the actual work of ensuring information technology infrastructure, shared information systems of the province in the locality such as Video conferencing system, LAN, provincial administrative procedure information system, official email, dedicated data transmission lines... serving the 2-level local government model in the coming time.
Through the inspection, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the efforts of agencies, units, and localities in preparing conditions for facilities, equipment, and technical infrastructure to serve the two-level government after the merger of administrative units.
Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet assigned the Department of Science and Technology to prepare related content to pilot the two-level government model before June 20. Relevant sectors and units proactively take all measures to coordinate implementation.
Communes and wards proactively and flexibly ensure continuous work, creating the best convenience for people and businesses.
Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet added that the workload is large, but officials and civil servants need to determine their mindset and promote all internal resources to ensure work according to the direction of all levels.
Departments, branches, and sectors promptly guide and resolve difficulties and problems, and make practical recommendations to localities, ensuring unified, continuous, smooth, uninterrupted, and effective operations when deploying the e-government system to serve local governments at two levels.
