Opening of Quang Nam Culture, Sports and Tourism Days 2025
On the afternoon of June 6, at Hoi An Memory Island (Hoi An City), the opening ceremony of Quang Nam Culture, Sports, and Tourism Days 2025 took place.
Attending the opening ceremony were leaders of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the Department of Cultural Heritage (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism); and representatives of the consulates of Russia, China, and Laos in Da Nang City. On the side of Quang Nam province was a Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh.
The event "Culture, Sports and Tourism Days - Quang Nam 2025" took place from June 6 to June 29, 2025, including a series of rich activities in localities in the province such as Quang Noodle Festival - National Intangible Cultural Heritage; Festival of Flying Over Heritage; Green Tourism Workshop; Tam Ky Sea Festival; Kim Bong Countryside Market; Exhibition and introduction of some national treasures in Quang Nam; Bai Choi Art Festival of Quang Nam Province Clubs; The 2nd International Yoga Festival of Quang Nam - Vietnam in 2025 and many sports tournaments such as paragliding performance and competition, table tennis, men's football, cycling, swimming, badminton.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh said: "With the theme "Green Heritage Area", this year's event is not only an opportunity to honor and promote the unique cultural, sports, and tourism values of the province but also a strong commitment of Quang Nam towards green development - preserving heritage - improving the quality of life for the community.
We hope to create an open space for exchange between localities, artists, athletes, businesses, and tourists, thereby spreading the values of humanity, solidarity and sustainable development".

Quang Nam has 2 world cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO, namely Hoi An Ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary, along with the Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An World Biosphere Reserve and 20 national intangible cultural heritages.
Quang Nam also owns 125 km of coastline with many world-famous beaches and 460 historical and cultural relics, famous landscapes as well as dozens of unique festivals - Quang Nam is a typical destination combining cultural heritage and sustainable natural ecosystems.
