Quang Nam to organize Ngoc Linh Ginseng (Vietnamese Ginseng) and Medicinal Herbs International Festival in 2025
On June 6, the Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to organize the Ngoc Linh Ginseng (Vietnamese Ginseng) and Medicinal Herbs International Festival in Quang Nam province in 2025 with the theme Ngoc Linh Ginseng (Vietnamese Ginseng) and International Medicinal Herbs, connecting values and affirming Vietnamese brands.
Accordingly, the Festival has the English name Ngoc Linh Ginseng (Vietnamese Ginseng) and Medicinal Herbs International Festival in Quang Nam province in 2025; the opening ceremony of the Festival is scheduled to be held at 7:30 p.m. on August 1, 2025, at 24/3 Square, Tam Ky city. The opening ceremony will include a reenactment of the Ginseng God Procession and a special art program.
Organize an exhibition space for Ngoc Linh Ginseng, medicinal herbs, cuisine, OCOP products, craft village products, and traditional craft villages... held from August 1 to 3, 2025, at 24/3 Square, Tam Ky city.
Cultural and artistic exchange program from August 2 to 3, 2025.
The scientific workshop "Ngoc Linh Ginseng - From national product to global brand" scheduled at 8:00 a.m. on August 1, 2025, aims to assess and analyze the current status, potential, challenges, and mechanisms, policies for conservation and development of Ngoc Linh Ginseng, medicinal herbs; announce research results on Ngoc Linh Ginseng, medicinal herbs.
In addition, there are many activities responding to the Festival such as Marathon or Trail Run, Ngoc Linh Ginseng International Golf Tournament 2025, Organizing tours to experience the Ginseng and Medicinal Herbs region, Organizing a Songwriting Contest about Ngoc Linh Ginseng and tourism promotion activities, etc.
