Opening of the 32nd Session of the Provincial People's Council, Term X
This morning, June 5, the People's Council of Quang Nam province, term X, 2021 - 2026, opened the 32nd session under the chairmanship of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh and Nguyen Cong Thanh.

Comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended the session.
In his opening speech, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung said that the 32nd session was organized to promptly resolve urgent issues and tasks, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the province in the fields of budget, public investment, land, construction, and policies for people with meritorious services.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council will consider and give opinions on the following contents: Adjusting the medium-term public investment capital plan of the provincial budget for the period 2021-2025; List of land lots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land; Adjusting the public investment capital plan of the provincial budget in 2025; Allowing districts to use additional targeted provincial funds in 2023 from economic career sources for non-economic expenditures and basic construction investment expenditures to implement audit recommendations.
Supplementing the central budget capital plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development for the period 2021-2025 and the plan for 2025; Adjusting the overall Master Plan for the construction of the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone to 2050; Presenting gifts to families of people with revolutionary contributions in the province on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), etc.
This session was held more than a month after the 31st session. Although there was not much time to prepare, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, and the delegates of the Provincial People's Council have promoted a sense of responsibility, worked urgently, closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units, and actively prepared the contents of the session.
