On the morning of June 3, on the occasion of the Vietnamese Elderly Day, June 6, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Van Dung visited and wished longevity to the elderly who turned 90 and 100 years old in Tien Phuoc district. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung and his delegation visited and wished longevity to Ms. Vo Thi Tim - Mother of Heroic Vietnamese Heroes (100 years old) in Hamlet 8, Tien Tho commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh (90 years old) in Hamlet 2, Tien Tho commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy (90 years old) in Dich An hamlet, Tien Phong commune.

Visiting the elderly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung was delighted to see that despite their advanced age, the elderly were still clear-headed, healthy, and were being taken care of wholeheartedly by their children and grandchildren.

Authorized by the President and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung presented longevity greeting cards, gifts, and cash to the elderly. At the same time, he wished the elderly a long life, a happy and healthy life with their children and grandchildren, and to be shining examples of moral education, ideals, and good cultural traditions for the younger generation.

To continue to do a good job of caring for the elderly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung requested that local Party committees and authorities, with their affection and responsibility, continue to pay more practical attention, mobilize the attention, and care of the whole community in both material and spiritual aspects, helping the elderly live happily, healthily and usefully.
