Quang Nam trains to disseminate state regulations on measurement
This morning, May 22, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training course to disseminate state regulations on measurement in 2025.
The training course is for trainees who are business households and enterprises using group 2 measuring instruments specified in Circular No. 03/2024 of the Ministry of Science and Technology; civil servants performing state management of measurement at the Department of Culture, Science and Information of districts, towns and cities; officials of People's Committees of communes, wards and towns and Market Management Boards, commercial centers in Tam Ky city, Thang Binh district and Phu Ninh district.
During 02 days, from May 22-23, 2025, trainees were informed of the following contents: Overview of state management of measurement; measurement activities in enterprises; innovation of measurement activities to support enterprises to improve competitiveness and integration; guidance on implementing regulations on measurement for mass measurement in retail trade according to Circular No. 09/2017 of the Minister of Science and Technology.
Guidelines on ensuring measurement for the quantity of prepackaged goods according to Circular No. 21/2014 of the Minister of Science and Technology; disseminates and guides basic contents of State inspection on measurement for measuring instruments, measurements, quantity of prepackaged goods, etc.
The training program aims to help trainees understand the legal regulations on measurement activities, improve professional qualifications in measurement management at all levels of management. This is also one of the important tasks of the Department of Science and Technology in the state management of standards and quality measurement in the province.
