Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan surveyed the location for the new construction of Nguyen Duy Hieu High School (Dien Ban)
On the afternoon of May 6, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan and relevant agencies surveyed the planning work, checked the progress, and noted the difficulties in the process of implementing the construction of the new Nguyen Duy Hieu High School in Dien Ban town.

Dien Ban Town People's Committee said that through surveying people's opinions on the location and investment plan for the construction of the new Nguyen Duy Hieu High School in Dien Minh ward, with an area of 9.8 hectares (phase 1 will be implemented on more than 6 hectares), it shows that the project is consistent with the Phuong An Zoning Plan. The town recommends that the Provincial People's Committee direct relevant departments and branches to soon develop a detailed 1/500 plan for the area of 9.8 hectares, and 5.1 hectares at the adjacent location that has been planned for educational land, to synchronously connect with the main traffic axes of the locality.
At the same time, the locality proposed to soon invest in the DH.14 route under the DT608 Upgrading and Renovation Project, to ensure traffic safety and adjust the connecting routes reasonably, avoiding congestion during rush hours; contributing to ensuring the safety of students, teachers and people when the new school comes into operation.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan emphasized the urgency of investing in the construction of the new Nguyen Duy Hieu High School to meet the increasing demand for learning and improve the quality of facilities to ensure they meet the prescribed standards.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan agreed that the project will still be invested in the 2021-2025 period, according to Decision 3263, assigning Dien Ban to review the project. If it is found unreasonable in terms of scale, function, utility, and long-term development, it must quickly respond and propose a solution. By May 8 at the latest, it must be reported to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Education and Training (by May 9 at the latest) for the Provincial People's Committee to consider; assigning the Department of Finance to advise according to the Law on Public Investment for the 2021-2025 period to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the upcoming session; continue to propose handling of project investment allocation sources. In particular, from now until the project implementation, if there are written opinions from former students, Dien Ban must have a direct dialogue.
