More than 200 Quang Nam students are equipped with design thinking and innovation skills
On the morning of April 10, the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam organized a training course with the theme "Applying Design Thinking and Innovation to improve working skills and effective work management for Students of Universities and Colleges in Quang Nam Province".
The training course was attended by more than 200 students from universities and colleges in the province. Here, students were introduced to an overview of innovation, familiarized with some terms and definitions related to innovation as well as learning the principles of innovation management.
In addition, the training program also equips students with basic knowledge of design thinking, including an introduction to design thinking, steps in the design thinking process, techniques to inspire and stimulate creative thinking, and guidance on how to apply design thinking to work and study.
In addition, students are also trained in important skills in teamwork and effective work management as communication skills, conflict resolution, work motivation, problem-solving, division, and scientific work management.
Through the training course, students of universities and colleges in Quang Nam province are raised awareness of design thinking and innovation in the new context and know how to apply this thinking to work and study. At the same time, the program also helps equip students with necessary teamwork and work management skills, contributing to improving productivity and quality during their studies and training at school as well as after graduation.
