100% of administrative procedures that meet the conditions prescribed by law are provided in the form of full-process online public services; The rate of records resolved through online public services throughout the process reaches 80% or more; 100% of records and results of administrative procedure settlement are digitized according to regulations; 100% of results of administrative procedures are simultaneously provided with electronic copies with legal value to people and businesses; 100% of administrative procedures with financial obligations are eligible for online payment, of which the rate of online payment transactions reaches over 95%.
