Quang Nam allocates about 416 billion VND to support social housing investment projects
The People's Council of Quang Nam province has just issued a resolution stipulating the support mechanism for implementing social housing investment projects in Quang Nam province until 2030 with a support fund of about 416 billion VND from the provincial budget.
Accordingly, 100% of the funding will be supported to carry out compensation, support, and resettlement work by the provisions of the land law; creating a clean land fund for investors to invest in social housing construction. The support fund will be considered for support after completing the procedures for settling compensation and resettlement support funds by regulations.

Support 50% of the investment cost for the construction of technical infrastructure systems within the project scope (including projects with investment phases approved by competent authorities), including Traffic system, energy supply system, public lighting system, communication system, water supply system, drainage and wastewater treatment system, solid waste management system, public sanitation system (except for technical infrastructure systems inside the building) but not exceeding 10 billion VND/project. The support cost is considered for support after the completion of the construction work is accepted according to the provisions of the construction law; support does not exceed 90% of the value of the supported construction investment volume, and the remaining amount is supported after completing the project settlement procedures according to regulations.
100% support for fees and charges for implementing investment procedures, including Fees for appraisal of tasks, detailed construction planning projects; appraisal of feasibility study report (or technical economic report); appraisal and approval of fire prevention and fighting design, and other fees and charges issued by the Provincial People's Council. Support funds are considered for support at the same time as support for investment in technical infrastructure construction.
The above-mentioned State support amounts shall not be included in the selling price, lease-purchase price, or rental price of social housing.
