Quang Nam 1022 Call Center Received 1,426 Suggestions and Reflections in November 2024

Quang Nam Provincial Public Administration Service Center said that from November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024, the Provincial Public Service Information Call Center 1022 (Call Center 1022) received 1,426 information, reflections and suggestions from organizations and citizens.

Hotline 1022 Quang Nam is where information and feedback from citizens and businesses are received.

Specifically, there were 294 calls through the call center number 0235.1022, interacting through channels 1022 including Email (05 calls), Facebook (187 calls), Zalo (133 calls), Website, App (38 calls), Chatbot (769 calls) from people and businesses inside and outside the province.

Regarding the processing results, 1,422/1,426 feedbacks were processed; 10 recommendations transferred to the Department have been processed, and 6 PAKNs are still waiting to be processed (the information processing rate is 99.72%).

In November, the Call Center responded well in promptly answering people's questions and feedback related to administrative procedures such as Procedures for granting transport business licenses, judicial calendars, business registration procedures, driving licenses, submitting documents online, looking up administrative procedure results, receiving results by post; feedback and recommendations on land and environment, administrative procedures, etc. At the same time, providing information on investment incentives and policies of the province, industrial parks, tourism information, and special events of the province, etc.
