Talking with the delegation from Cat Lam Province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Van Dung, said that in recent times, Quang Nam Province has continuously expanded its foreign relations and promoted exchanges and cooperation with localities and foreign partners.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Van Dung, hopes that in the coming time, the two sides will continue to grasp the common viewpoints and perceptions thoroughly reached between the senior leaders of the two Parties and States of Vietnam and China and deploy specific tasks and solutions to ensure effective implementation, by the functions and situations of the two localities.
According to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Van Dung, Cat Lam province has experience in the field of medicinal herbs, Quang Nam wishes to cooperate in planting and processing, producing and consuming medicinal herbs products, developing in the direction of organic and safe agriculture, linking the value chain of production - processing - sustainable consumption. Which focuses on developing Ngoc Linh ginseng.
In the coming time, Quang Nam province hopes that Chinese investors in general, investors in Cat Lam province in particular, will continue to research, cooperate, and invest in Quang Nam province in areas where Cat Lam has strengths such as production of electronic components, agriculture, medicinal herbs, etc.

Ms. Duong An De - Vice Governor of Cat Lam province informed that thanks to the exchanges, delegation meetings, and cooperation in recent times, the import and export turnover between Cat Lam Province and Vietnamese partners increased by 55%. Of which, the import of goods from Vietnam to Cat Lam increased by 145%.
Ms. Duong An De - Vice Governor of Cat Lam province said that Cat Lam is very interested in cooperation in the tourism industry. At the same time, she said that the two provinces have cultural similarities, so they can connect and support each other to develop tourism, etc.
