Quang Nam Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet periodically receives citizens in November
(QNP) - On the morning of November 13, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet chaired the regular citizen reception in November 2024. Also attending were representatives of relevant departments, boards and sectors.
At the meeting, Ms. Tran Nu Thuc Quyen, residing in Hai Chau district, Da Nang, representing households who bought land in the Housing Project for low-income people in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area, Dien Ban town, invested by STO Company, requested the leaders of Quang Nam province to resolve the problem and promptly issue land use right certificates.
Ms. Quyen said that in 2011, households bought land in the Housing Project for low-income people in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province, invested by STO Company. According to the agreement, after 6 months, the land will be handed over to build houses, but after more than 13 years, STO Company has not yet handed over the certificates to customers. During this time, households have petitioned the authorities to intervene and resolve the issue, but so far there has been no satisfactory solution.
Responding to the citizens' petitions, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet said that he would accept these petitions, and at the same time, resolutely direct and urge relevant authorities to consider and advise on reasonable solutions, in accordance with the law, ensuring the rights of citizens.
