On the morning of September 21, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung, and leaders of the Provincial Military Command and relevant agencies directly inspected the landslide scene in Dac Pre Commune, Nam Giang mountainous district.

The working group inspected the actual crack in the mountainous area near the People's Committee of Dac Pre Commune, Nam Giang District. At the scene, a large crack appeared with a length of about 125 meters, a width of 4m to 5m, and a depth of 1m to 1.5m.

Previously, after receiving information from local residents reporting cracks on the hill behind the residential area of ​​village 56B, Dac Pre commune, on the evening of September 19, the Quang Nam Provincial Military Command directed the Nam Giang District Military Command to be present at the scene in coordination with other forces to urgently evacuate 11 households with 41 people living at the foot of the cracked hill to a safe shelter.

Currently, military, police, and border forces have assigned dozens of officers to be on duty at the landslide-prone area, along with local authorities, to strengthen the mobilization of people not to return to their old residences to avoid unfortunate accidents that may occur. In the long term, the Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung agreed on a plan to resettle 11 relocated households to new places to soon stabilize people's lives.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung assigned the responsibility to Nam Giang district and Dac Pre commune to find a new safe location and mobilize people to go there to resettle according to the policy of the Party and the State so that people have a safer, more durable place to live, and a more stable life.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung, together with the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, and Nam Giang district, visited, shared, and gave gifts to encourage the families of 11 relocated households who are temporarily staying at the Kindergarten in Hamlet 56B, Dac Pre commune, Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province.
