Comrade Phan Van Binh was appointed as Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee
On the morning of August 26, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decisions on key personnel work. Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, alternate member of the party central committee and secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting.
At the conference, the leaders of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 1541, dated August 14, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for Comrade Nguyen Chin, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to retire early from September 1, 2024, according to Decree No. 29 dated June 3, 2023, of the Government.
At the same time, comrade Phan Van Binh, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was appointed to the position of deputy head of the organizing committee of the Provincial Party Committee on September 1, 2024. The Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee assigned comrade Phan Van Binh to be in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from the above time until the completion of the personnel of the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions and dedication of comrade Nguyen Chin in each working position; especially during his time participating in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested that comrade Phan Van Binh, who was assigned to take on the new task, must maximize his strengths, enthusiasm, work experience, and the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, joining hands to build a strong and clean collective, agency and unit.
