On the morning of June 23, at the Office of the Central Party Committee, the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation held a conference to disseminate and implement Plan No. 02 dated June 19, 2025, of the Central Steering Committee on promoting interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system.
Chairing the Quang Nam bridge point were Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu.
At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Central Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation explain the basic contents of Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, including goals, key tasks, and implementation methods. The plan sets out 2 phases with clear goals, a specific roadmap, strict implementation methods, and strict progress requirements.
To facilitate management and supervision, Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW is organized into 8 groups of key tasks and solutions, requiring the participation of the entire political system.
Regarding the implementation mechanism, Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW is designed according to the model: three-level direction-coordination-implementation with operational flows from the Central to the grassroots, ensuring smooth implementation, timely information updates, close coordination, and effective handling right from practice.
The conference also provided time for delegates to discuss, and propose, and ministries and branches to answer difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process and clarify the responsibilities of each level and each branch to ensure the plan is implemented synchronously, interconnectedly, and effectively from the beginning.
Speaking at the conference, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, requested heads of central departments, ministries, branches, mass organizations, Secretaries, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities to promote their roles and responsibilities; urgently develop plans to implement Plan No. 02, directly direct, monitor and take responsibility, considering this a key task. In the implementation, it is necessary to ensure synchronization, interconnection, and unity.
