After listening to the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue, and the Provincial Border Guard Command report on the assessment of the storm and heavy rain situation; the situation of response deployment; the work of counting and calling ships to take shelter from storm TRAMI; the speech of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu and the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, comrade Le Van Dung concluded:
According to the forecast of the hydrometeorological agency, storm TRAMI is a strong storm with a complex and unpredictable direction of movement. Given the complex and unpredictable developments of the storm; The Provincial People's Committee requests the Heads of relevant departments, branches, agencies, units, Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, Party committees, authorities and people not to be subjective, lose vigilance, and must prioritize the goal of ensuring people's safety; Focus on leading and directing the implementation of measures to respond to storm TRAMI with a spirit of urgency, determination, without being passive or surprised; continue to direct and organize the serious and effective implementation of the contents according to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 09/CD-UBND dated October 22, 2024.
